We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange under the terms below.

Return Window

You have 7 business days from the date you receive your order to ship the item(s) back to us. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • All original tags must remain attached. Items returned with tags removed will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors (including perfume/deodorant), makeup, or damage.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely with tags attached and ship within 7 business days of delivery.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X] business days.
  • Items that do not meet the condition requirements above (e.g., tags removed, signs of wear) will be sent back to you and will not be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
